Funded places

Parents may be able to apply for 15 funded hours for 2 year old children if they are in receipt of benefits and/or meet the criteria set out by the DfE.

From April 2024, working parents can apply for 15 hours childcare for 2 year olds (Working Family 2YO Funding) as well as 30 hours childcare for 3 year olds.

Every child is entitled to 15 free hours of care from the term after their 3rd birthday.
