Dave Royles

Deputy Headteacher

Dave completed his Degree at Carnegie College before working in industry for 5 years. Having returned to Leeds, Dave completed his PGCE and began his 30 year career at South Craven School near to Skipton. Whilst there, Dave held a number of different positions including Head of PE, Director of Learning and Achievement, and finally Head of Sixth Form.

In 2017 Dave joined Rossett School following a brief secondment as Acting Principal at The Skipton Academy. Dave has spent the last 8 years as Rossett's Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for Behaviour and Attitudes, and Personal Development. In addition to this, Dave is also our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
